We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.

Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

Manufacturer Defects or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Unworn and Unused Items
Some items may be returned or exchanged if they meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  2. Original tags and packaging are intact
  3. The return is initiated within 14 days from delivery

Eligible items include apparel (unless listed as non-returnable), accessories, and other non-custom merchandise.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items Returned Due to Wrong Size Selection
We provide detailed manufacturer-suggested size charts for every product. Because accurate sizing information is provided, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements before purchasing.

Color Shading or Dye Variation
Garments may have slight color shading, tone differences, or dye lot variations. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for color shading differences

Used or Worn Items
Items that show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, stretching, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Clearance, Final Sale, and Custom/Personalized Items
These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@theidzone.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return.
  3. If approved, you may send the item back using any shipping service you choose.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
  5. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within your stated processing timeframe.

Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an incorrect item sent.

Exchange Information

Because inventory changes frequently, exchanges are handled as a return for refund followed by a separate new purchase for the desired item. If you prefer a different exchange process, this section can be rewritten to match your operations.
